Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Sainvanilla. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. Please review our return policy carefully, as it reflects the nature of the items we sell and the standards we uphold.

Supplements – Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any supplement products, even if unopened. Once a supplement leaves our facility, we can no longer guarantee that it has been stored in proper conditions and cannot resell it.

We will only offer a refund or replacement if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, and you notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and proof of the issue.

Please email us at [contact@sainvanilla.com] with your order number and a clear description of the issue. If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions or ship a replacement at no cost.

Apparel – Eligible for Return or Exchange

We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed apparel items in their original condition, with tags still attached, returned within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, please contact us at [contact@sainvanilla.com] and include your order number. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note: Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return (if eligible) is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
